On July 27th, 2010 she was found naked with a slit throat in South London. A man by the name of Shohidul Islam had committed some robberies earlier in the day before heading to Savannah's home in Lambeth where he throttled her and then hit her with a potted plant. He told police he was sorry and admitted to wounding with intent and robbery. He has been placed in jail for 8 years.
